UCC sweeps titles at Wildcats Invitational Basketball Tournament

University of Cape Coast (UCC) has won the 2022 UCC Wildcats Invitational Basketball Tournament held earlier today at the Cape Coast Stadium in Ghana's Central Region. In the Men's Division, UCC beat arch rival Takoradi Technical University (TTU) 51-35 in the final game to clinch the title; this is the second edition of the tournament. In the Women's Division, UCC beat TTU 45-12 in the final game to complete the double appearance on top of the podium. UCC completed the game by going on a 10-0 run in the final quarter after taking a 35-12 third quarter lead.
