Omar Thielemans (ex Belfius Mons) joins Artland

Artland Dragons (ProA) agreed terms with 23-year old Belgian-Gambian guard Omar Thielemans (203cm-98kg-1999, college: GSC) for new 2023-24 season. Thielemans played last season at Belfius Mons in Belgian Pro Basketball League. But in 13 BNXT League games he had just 0.5ppg.
He graduated from Glenville State College in 2022 and it will be his second season as a professional player. Thielemans played also for Polk State College for one year.
