Ousman Krubally (ex Larissa BC) signs at Keravnos

Defending champion Keravnos Strovolou (OPAP Basket League) landed experienced 34-year old American (has also Gambian passport) 201cm power forward Ousman Krubally (college: Georgia State) for new season. Krubally played most recently at Larissa BC in Greek GBL league. In 33 games he averaged 10.4ppg, 9.2rpg (leader !!!), 1.7apg and 1.2spg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. It was a very successful season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com Greek A1 All-Imports Team and Eurobasket.com All-Greek A1 Third Team.
Krubally was selected to Eurobasket.com All-British EBL Division One Forward of the Year back in 2011 and 2012.
The previous (2020-21) season he played at Happy Casa Brindisi in Italian Serie A where in 27 games he had 6.1ppg and 4.4rpg in that year. He contributed to his team ending the regular season as at the second position in the league. They also advanced to the league semifinals. Krubally also played 11 games in Basketball Champions League where he recorded 4.6ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.0apg in that year.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in seven different countries playing on three different continents. Krubally is familiar with European, Asian and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in France (Le Portel), Holland (Den Kruballylder), Kazakhstan (Astana), Slovenia (Grosuplje), United Kingdom, Greece (PAOK Thessaloniki and Lavrio) and Italy (Pistoia, Venezia and Legnano Basket Knights).
He graduated from Georgia State in 2010 and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) (!!!) season in pro basketball.
