Umana Venezia signs Ousman Krubally

Umana Reyer Venezia (Serie A) signed 28-year old American (has also Gambian passport) forward Ousman Krubally (201-102kg-88, college: Georgia State). He moved there from GS Lavrio in Greek A1 league where he played this season. In 25 games he had 10.7ppg, 6.9rpg and 1.0spg. The last season Krubally played at Legnano Knights Castellanza (Serie A2). In 30 games he was second best scorer with impressive 19.2ppg and averaged 12.0rpg (leader !!!). A very impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Italian LNP Silver Honorable Mention.
The previous (13-14) season he played at GA Grosuplje (2SKL) in Slovenian league. In 30 games he was second best scorer with remarkable 17.2ppg and had 9.1rpg (leader !!!) in 2013-14 season. Quite impressive year as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Slovenian League Honorable Mention, All-Star Game and to the All-Star Game Dunk Contest.
In 12-13 season Krubally played at The Bright Kings Den Helder (Eredivisie) in Dutch league. In 28 games he recorded 8.7ppg and 4.6rpg in 2012-13 season.
In 11-12 season he played at London Leopards (EBL D1) in British league. In 22 games he recorded high stats: 20.5ppg, 13.6rpg, 1.7apg and 1.5spg in 2011-12 season. He helped them to win the league title. Quite impressive season as he was voted Eurobasket.com All-British EBL Division One Co-Import Player of the Year, Forward of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-British EBL Division One Co-Player of the Year.
Krubally is a very experienced player.
He graduated from Georgia State in 2010 and it is his sixth season as a professional player.
