Pont-de-Cheruy inks Brice Eyaga

SO Pont de Cheruy Charvieu Chavanoz (NM1) signed 24-year old Gabonese center Brice Eyaga (205cm-1998) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Eyaga is the second import player in the roster as Mali Ludovic Chelle signed here earlier.
He has played for the last two seasons at Forces Armees et Police Basketball de Yaounde in Cameroonian D1 league. In 14 Basketball Africa League games he had 11.2ppg, 6.4rpg, 1.2apg, 1.4spg and 1.3bpg in 2021-22 year. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. 2021-22 was a great season as he was named to Afrobasket.com Basketball Africa League All-Defensive Team.
He has played also professionally in Gabon (Manga). Eyaga won Cameroonian League championship title in 2021 and 2022.
