The Mavericks waived Chris Silva

Dallas-Mavericks (NBA) waived 26-year old Gabonese power forward Chris Silva (6'9''-233lbs-1996, college: S.Carolina). In only one NBA game he recorded just 2 points this season.
Silva has never been drafted by the NBA. He was a member of Gabonese Senior National Team back in 2015.
Silva has played previously for six other teams: Miami Heat, Sioux Falls Skyforce, Sacramento Kings, Minnesota Timberwolves, Iowa Wolves and Brooklyn Nets. He was also voted to SEC All-Defensive Team back in 2018 and 2019.
He played in the final of NBA in 2020.
Silva graduated from University of South Carolina in 2019 and it is his fourth season as a professional player.
