Chris Silva is a newcomer at the Hawks

Atlanta Hawks strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old Gabonese ex-international power forward Chris Silva (6'9''-233lbs-1996, college: S.Carolina) for season 2022-23. Silva spent last season at Iowa Wolves. In 29 NBA-G-League games he recorded very impressive stats: 16.5ppg, 9.6rpg and 2.6apg. He also played for the Heat where in 9 NBA games he averaged just 2.9ppg and 3.9rpg. The other team he played shortly were the Timberwolves. But in only one NBA game he did not score anything and had only 1 rebound.
He graduated from University of South Carolina in 2019 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
