Maderas Sorli Benicarlo (Segunda FEB) signed 31-year-old double-passport holder Equatorial Guinea 196cm swingman Kingsley Obiekwe (college: NE Oklah.A&M, agency: Bell Basketball). He last played at Pesaro Loreto in Italian Serie B Interregionale. Obiekwe participated in the final of Italian Serie B Interregionale Group Center-South in 2024.
During the previous (2022-23) season, he played at another Italian team, Foppiani FSL Ship. & Log. Fidenza (Serie A2) in the Italian league.
He has played professionally in Italy (Manfredonia), Spain (Alicante and Albacete), and Italy as well.
He graduated from Northeast Oklahoma A&M College in 2017 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball. Obiekwe played in the final of Italian Serie B Interregionale Group Center-South in 2024.
