Christian Lutete (ex Cantabria) signs at M.Rehovot

Christian Lutete

Maccabi Rehovot (National League) landed 29-year old American (has also DR Congolese passport) 196cm forward Christian Lutete (college: UMass Lowell). He started the season at Cantabria in Spanish Primera FEB. In 11 games he averaged 8.6ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.1apg. He has been regularly called to the DR Congolese Senior National Team since 2022.
Lutete is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Bosnia (KK Bosna Meridianbet Sarajevo), Finland (Kobrat), France (Nantes and ALM Evreux), Kosovo (Bashkimi), Romania (Sibiu), Israel (Hapoel Eilat) and The Basketball Tournament (Fort Wayne Champs).
Lutete won ABA League 2 championship title in 2025.
He graduated from University of Massachusetts - Lowell in 2020 and it is his sixth season in pro basketball. Lutete played also for Radford University for 2 years.
