Kamba comes back to Palencia

Mathieu Kamba

Zunder Palencia (Primera FEB) added 28-year-old DR Congolese-Canadian international 196cm guard Mathieu Kamba (college: Cent Arkansas) to their roster for the 2024-25 season. It is his comeback to Zunder Palencia as he has played here before. Kamba most recently played at Calgary Surge in Canadian CEBL. In 22 games he recorded 13.2ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.5apg, and 1.5spg last season. He has been regularly called to the DR Congolese Senior National Team since 2018.
Kamba has played professionally in Canada (Stingers) and Spain (Melilla, Oviedo, Coruna, and Araberri) and Canada. He was also voted to USBasket.com CEBL All-Domestic Players Team in 2024.
Kamba won the CEBL championship title in 2021.
He graduated from Central Arkansas University in 2018 and it'll be his seventh season in pro basketball.
