Mutuale re-signs at Caen

Malela Mutuale

Caen Basket Calvados (NM1) confirmed in their roster 33-year old DR Congolese international point guard Malela Mutuale (188cm-85kg-1991, agency: Interperformances) for season 2024-25. He played there last season. In 33 NM1 games he recorded 5.2ppg, 2.8rpg and 2.7apg. He helped them to win the NM1 Play-Offs title. For five previous seasons (2018-23) he played at another French team Entente Orleans 45 (ProB).
Mutuale also represented DR Congo at the FIBA World Cup 2023 African Qualifiers last year. During this event he scored an average of 5.6 ppg and had 4 rpg.
He has spent his entire career in France playing for six other teams: JDA Dijon, Metropolitans, Saint Quentin, STB Le Havre, Aix Maurienne, and CFBB.
