OKC Thunder signs Bismack Biyombo

The Oklahoma City Thunder (NBA) have signed Bismack Biyombo, a 31-year-old center from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Biyombo, who stands at 6'9'' and weighs 255lbs, began the season with the Memphis Grizzlies. In his 29 games in the NBA, he averaged 5.4 points per game, 6.5 rpg, 1.8 apg, and 1.1 bpg. Last season, he played for the Phoenix Suns.
In 2011, he was drafted by the Sacramento Kings in the first round, 7th overall.
He's a highly experienced player, having played in four countries across three continents - Europe, Asia, and North America. He has professional experience in Spain with Fuenlabrada, Viten Getafe Fuenlabrada Madrid, and Illescas, as well as with NBA teams such as the Orlando Magic, Toronto Raptors, and Charlotte Hornets. Additionally, he has played in Spain and Yemen with Al Tilal.
He won the NBA Pacific Division championship title in 2022.
