Yasmin Mambo added to the roster of Rouen

Yasmin Mambo

Rouen Metropole Basket (NM1) strengthened their roster with addition of 20-year old Congolese 205cm power forward Yasmin Mambo for season 2023-24. Mambo is the second import player in the roster as Moroccan Mohamed Choua signed here earlier.
He is not a newcomer in French League as he played most recently at Pont-de-Cheruy. In 34 NM1 games in France he recorded 11.0ppg, 4.9rpg, 1.6apg and 1.0bpg last season.
The previous (2021-22) season he was tested by Limoges CSP Elite (Betclic ELITE ProA). He helped them to make it to the French ProA U21 (Trophee du Futur) final. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProA U21 Honorable Mention.
He has played previously for French team Limoges CSP U21 team.
