Liege lands Kevin Tumba

RSW-Liege-Basket (Pro Basketball League) tabbed 31-year old Belgian-DR Congolese international 206cm power forward Kevin Tumba. Tumba already started the season at Circus Brussels Basketball. In 10 Pro Basketball League games he averaged 8.3ppg, 6.9rpg and 1.2bpg.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
Tumba has been also a member of Belgian international program for some years. He has regularly played for Belgian senior team since 2014 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2011.
Tumba represented Belgium at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) 2021 Pre-Qualifiers three years ago. His stats at that event were 3 games: 2.3ppg, 3.7rpg.
He is a very experienced player. Tumba has played also professionally in France (Provence Basket), Greece (Kolossos H Hotels Rodou and Ionikos), Spain (Murcia) and Belgium (Spirou Charleroi, Leuven Bears, Belfius Mons Hainaut and Belfius Mons Hainaut II).
Among many awards his team was regular season runner-up in Belgian League in 2016. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-EuroCup Honorable Mention back in 2016.
