   #1. This week's number one is former international small forward Christian Eyenga (201-89, currently plays in Spain). Eyenga could not help Baloncesto Fuenlabrada in their last game. Despite his good performance his team lost 92-98 on the road to the much lower-ranked (#10) Baskonia. Eyenga recorded 11 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and made 2 blocks in 26 minutes on the court. This year Eyenga averages: 10.0ppg, 4.2rpg, 1.5apg, 1.1bpg, 2FGP: 45.8%, 3FGP: 32.6% and FT: 53.3% in 19 games he played so far. He played for the DR Congolese senior national team two years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to former international forward Omari Gudul (206-94, agency: Octagon Europe, college: Angelo St., currently plays in Romania). Gudul led Craiova to an easy victory against the third-ranked Voluntari (2-2) crushing them 95-66 in the Romanian Liga Nationala in Monday night's game. He recorded 19 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Grupa Galbena. SCM CSU Craiova (4-0) is placed first. So far his team won all four games in the Second Stage. It's Gudul's first season with the team. Gudul has relatively good stats this year: 14.3ppg, 6.5rpg, 2FGP: 60.9%(92-151), 3FGP: 35.3% and FT: 76.4%. He played for the DR Congolese national team in 2018.

The DR Congolese player who performed third best last week abroad was former international forward Chadrack Lufile (206-90, agency: Interperformances, college: Wichita St., currently plays in Argentina). He was not able to help Estudiantes Concordia in their game against Boca Juniors (11-12) in the Argentinian La Liga. Despite his good performance on Friday night Lufile was the top scorer with 12 points. He also added 7 rebounds. Lufile's overall stats this season are: 7.9ppg, 5.3rpg, 2FGP: 42.9%, 3FGP: 38.1% and FT: 52.4%. He has a dual citizenship: DR Congolese and Canadian. Lufile played for the DR Congolese national team three years ago.

   #4. Forward Eric Kibi (198-90, college: Abil.Christian, currently plays in Argentina) led Tiro Federal to a victory over the fifth-ranked Echague (14-16) 88-73 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) in Saturday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Kibi had a double-double by scoring 27 points and getting 16 rebounds in 34 minutes. BHY Tiro Federal y Deportivo Morteros (7-21) is placed seventh in Conferencia Noroeste. This year Kibi has relatively solid stats: 13.5ppg and 9.5rpg in 13 games. He is another player who holds two passports: DR Congolese and Canadian. Kibi is also DR Congolese national team player.

Former international guard Myck Kabongo (190-92, college: Texas, currently plays in Denmark) was not able to secure a victory for Svendborg (11-11) in their game against Randers (18-4) in the Danish BasketLigaen, despite his very good performance last Sunday. He was the second best scorer with 13 points. Kabongo also added 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 25 minutes. But the fifth-placed Svendborg (11-11) lost 82-88 on the opponent's court to the second-ranked Randers in the Pro A group. It was Svendborg's third consecutive loss in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Kabongo has reliable stats this year: 12.3ppg, 3.4rpg, 2.6apg and 1.4spg in 15 games. Similarly like Kibi and Lufile above he has both DR Congolese and Canadian nationalities. Kabongo used to play for the DR Congolese national team three years ago.

   #6. An experienced forward Djo Loo Yele (203-82, currently plays in Norway) was the main contributor in an Asker Aliens' victory against the third-ranked Fyllingen BBK (17-10) 86-73 in the Norwegian BLNO on Saturday night. He was the best player in that game. Loo Yele recorded 26 points (!!!) and grabbed 9 rebounds. Asker Aliens BC (8-19) is placed eighth in the BLNO. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Loo Yele is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his eighth year in Asker Aliens' roster. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Loo Yele averages: 17.9ppg, 10.3rpg, 1.6apg, 1.6bpg and 1.3spg. He is a former international player as he played for the DR Congolese senior team two years ago.

   #7. Former international guard Emmanuel Mudiay (196-96, currently plays in NBA) couldn't help the Utah Jazz (37-23) in their game against the Phoenix Suns (24-37) in the NBA. Mudiay recorded only 4 points in 6 minutes on the court. The Utah Jazz (37-23) was badly defeated 131-111 at home by the Suns. Mudiay's stats this year are: 7.4ppg, 2.4rpg and 2.3apg in 47 games. He scored 6 points in 25 minutes. Leyma Basquet Coruna (16-7) is placed third in the LEB Gold. Kamba averaged so far 10.7ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.3apg in 23 games. He used to play for the DR Congolese national team two years ago.

   #10. Point guard Carl Ona-Embo (188-89, currently plays in France) couldn't help Poitiers (2-19) in their game against Sluc Nancy (15-6) in the French ProB (second division). He scored 5 points. The bottom-ranked Poitiers was badly defeated 86-67 in Nancy by the much higher-ranked Sluc (#3). It was Poitiers' fourth consecutive loss in a row. Ona-Embo's overall stats this season are: 7.4ppg, 1.9rpg and 3.0apg. Worth to mention Ona-Embo played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball. He is a former international player as two years ago he still played for the DR Congolese senior national team.

   #11. International power forward Evariste Shonganya (204-92, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help UBU Tizona in their game against Real Murcia in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). Shonganya recorded 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in only 13 minutes. His team lost 73-86. This year Shonganya's overall stats are: 6.3ppg, 4.1rpg and 1.3apg in 10 games. He plays currently for the DR Congolese national team.

   #12. Former international swingman Shekinah Munanga (201-97, currently plays in France) couldn't help GET Vosges in their game against Orchesien BC in the French NM1 (third division). Munanga scored 8 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in 23 minutes. His team lost 73-85. Munanga averaged so far 11.5ppg, 7.8rpg, 1.8apg and 1.1bpg in 24 games. He used to play for the DR Congolese national team back in 2018.

   #13. Former U18 international power forward Christian Musoko (203-96, college: S.Utah, currently plays in Spain) managed to help CB Valls Nutrion to win against the 12th-ranked Barbera 82-68 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) last Saturday. Musoko recorded only 4 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Musoko's total stats this season are: 6.0ppg and 8.5rpg. He used to play for the DR Congolese U18 national team eight years ago.

   #1. Bismack Biyombo (206-C-92, currently plays in NBA) led Charlotte Hornets to a 3-point victory against the Toronto Raptors (42-18) 99-96 in the NBA in Friday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 11 rebounds. Biyombo also added 2 blocks in 32 minutes. The Charlotte Hornets have 21-39 record this season. Biyombo has relatively good stats this year: 7.5ppg and 5.9rpg in 51 games he played so far.

   #2. Experienced Wen Boss Mukubu (198-SF-83, college: UAB, currently plays in Belgium) led Limburg United to a victory against the closely-ranked Leuven Bears (8-9) 84-74 in the Belgian Euromillions League last Saturday. He recorded 13 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Hubo Limburg United (10-7) is placed fourth in the Euromillions League. It's Mukubu's fourth season with the team. This year Mukubu averages: 8.0ppg, 3.9rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg. He has a dual citizenship: DR Congolese and Belgian.

   #3. Viny Okouo (215-C-97, currently plays in Lithuania) could not help Nevezis (6-17) in their last game. Despite Okouo's good performance Nevezis was badly defeated 91-75 on the road by the higher-ranked (#7) Siauliai. He was the second best scorer with 14 points. Okouo also added 9 rebounds in 26 minutes. It was Nevezis' fourth consecutive loss in a row. This year Okouo has relatively solid stats: 10.2ppg, 7.7rpg and 1.4apg in 22 games.

   #4. Charles Kahudi (198-SF-86, currently plays in Euroleague) was not able to help ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket in their game against Khimki (12-14) in the Euroleague. He scored only 4 points. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket was crushed 108-79 on the opponent's court by the higher-ranked Khimki (#9). It was ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket's third consecutive loss in a row. Kahudi is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fifth year in ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket's roster. Kahudi's overall stats this season are: 7.2ppg and 2.9rpg. He is another player who holds two passports: DR Congolese and French.

   #5. Oscar Tshiebwe (206-PF-99, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA was not able to secure a victory for the WVU (7-9) in their last game. Despite Tshiebwe's good performance the WVU lost 57-67 at home to the The University of Texas. He recorded 14 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 22 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Tshiebwe has reliable stats this year: 11.1ppg, 9.2rpg and 1.1bpg in 29 games.

   #6. Charles Nkaloulou (200-F-94, agency: Promo Sport ID, currently plays in France) couldn't help Aix-Maurienne (8-13) in their last game on Friday. Despite his very good performance Aix-Maurienne was defeated 73-68 on their home court in Aix-les-Bains by the higher-ranked Nantes (#10). Nkaloulou was the second best scorer with 16 points. He also added 4 rebounds (went 5 for 5 at the free throw line). Nkaloulou has reliable stats this season: 11.8ppg and 4.8rpg.

   #7. Bitumba Baruti (201-G, currently studies in the States) couldn't help the ECU in their game against the University of South Florida in the NCAA. Baruti scored 7 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. His team was defeated 73-68. Baruti's overall stats this season are: 4.6ppg and 3.8rpg.

   #8. David Efambe (201-F-1, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Barbera (4-16) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Efambe's good performance Barbera (#12) was defeated 82-68 in Valls by the much higher-ranked Nutrion (#5) in the Group C-B. He recorded 11 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Efambe's overall stats this season are: 6.3ppg and 5.4rpg.

   #9. Cedric Belemene-Dzabatou (199-F-96, agency: Interperformances, college: Tampa, currently plays in Spain) contributed to Azuqueca's victory against the fourth-ranked Quintanar 66-59 in the Spanish EBA (fourth division) last Saturday. He had a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting the same number of rebounds. Belemene-Dzabatou also added 4 blocks and 3 steals in 30 minutes. This year Belemene-Dzabatou's overall stats are: 8.0ppg, 8.0rpg and 1.6spg in 21 games.

   #10. Joel Kabimba (203-F, is currently at the American university), who plays in the NCAA couldn't help the Stetson (9-7) in their last game on Thursday. Despite his good performance his team was defeated 85-72 in Jacksonville by the University of North Florida. Kabimba recorded 10 points. Kabimba's overall stats this season are: 5.3ppg and 3.5rpg.
