Daleba's 33-point game gives him Player of the Week award

American Forward Ethan Daleba (193-F) had a very impressive game in the last round for Associacao Desportivo do Bairro and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
He had the game-high 33 points adding seven rebounds and four assists for Bairro in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Brava Magic (#9, 3-12) with 43-point margin 123-80. Bairro maintains the 4th position in Cape Verdean league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Bairro will need more victories to improve their 9-6 record. In the team's last game Daleba had a remarkable 78.6% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Bairro, through which he has constantly improved. Ethan Daleba averages this season 12.2ppg and 6.5rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Ryan Hayes of Brava Magic. He is a in his first season at Brava Magic. In the last game Hayes recorded an impressive double-double of 30 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Brava Magic lost that game 80-123 to the higher-ranked Bairro (#4, 9-6). Brava Magic are still at the very bottom. 12 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories Brava Magic managed to get this year. Hayes is one of the most experienced players at Brava Magic and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Calvin Gunning (191-G) of league's second-best Lenfer. Gunning scored 17 points and grabbed 25 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Lenfer, leading his team to a 77-67 win against the lower-ranked Kaiada (#8, 4-11). Lenfer needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 11 victories and 4 lost games. Gunning has a great season in Cape Verde. After 12 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.6rpg (4th best).
