Keven Gomes (ex Benicarlo) signs at Povoa

Keven Gomes

CD Povoa (Liga Betclic) landed 29-year old naturalized Cape Verdean 211cm center Keven Gomes. Gomes started the season at Benicarlo in Spanish Segunda FEB. In 11 games he averaged 5.8ppg and 5.1rpg.
He has played previously professionally in Portugal (FC Porto, Imortal, Lusitania, Maia Basket and Dragon Force) and Cape Verde (Kriol Star). Gomes was also voted to Eurobasket.com Portuguese Proliga All-Imports Team back in 2016 and 2017.
His team was regular season runner-up in Portuguese League in 2023.
