Dynamo advanced to the next year's Basketball Africa League. They won the thriller against COSPN 79-78 with David Deng-Kongor (204-F-2000) late free throws. Dynamo started well and reached 30-18 lead at the end of the first quarter. COSPN meanwhile replied with 23-17 run in the second period and won the third quarter 21-12. Only due to 20-16 rally in the last stanza, Dynamo managed to seal the win.
David Deng-Kongor stepped up with 17 points and Guibert Nijimbere (186-PG-1995) poured in 13. Elly Randriamampionona (198-F-1997) ended up with 20 points in a loss and Samuel Adewunmi had 19.
