Boulazac inks Mouphtaou Yarou

Boulazac Basket Dordogne (Jeep ELITE ProA) agreed terms with 29-year old Beninese power forward Mouphtaou Yarou (204-116kg-90, college: Villanova).
Boulogne-Levallois Metropolitans. In 14 Jeep ELITE ProA games in France he had 5.6ppg and 2.8rpg last season. Yarou helped them to make it to the French Leaders Cup Semifinals.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016.
Yarou has played previously for two other teams: Olympique Antibes and Le Mans.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Yarou's team made it to the French Cup final in 2017. He was selected to French ProA All-Star Game in 2019.
He attended Villanova University until 2013 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player.
