Muusa Dama (ex Prat) is a newcomer at Galitos-Barreiro

Galitos-Barreiro (LPB) strengthened their roster with addition of 24-year old Beninese forward Muusa Dama (206-102kg-95, college: E.Illinois, agency: Blacktop Management). He started the season at CB Prat Juventud in Spanish LEB Gold. In 8 games he recorded 3.3ppg and 2.4rpg this season.
Dama won NJCAA D1 District IV championship title in 2016.
He attended Eastern Illinois University until 2018 and it is his first season as a professional player.
The scouts decsribe him following way: An explosive high energy forward. Jumping bean. Very HIGH ceiling... Has only been playing basketball for 5 years which makes him an exciting prospect with great potential. Muusa is the ultimate gym rat. Solid mechanics and nice touch from 15 feet out. High motor, and very adept at reading and reacting out of the pick and roll. Soft touch off his left shoulder, and nice secondary move with right foot drop-step. Loves the 21-position duck in, gets many easy baskets and alley-oops this way.
