There was an upset in Kampala where higher rankedMagic Stormers (10-10) were defeated by tenth ranked YMCA Hamstars (4-15) 72-55 on Saturday. YMCA Hamstars forced 26 Magic Stormers turnovers. Rose Musundi stepped up and scored 30 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and Akello Scovia chipped in 17 points and 13 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Martha Nakalemba with 12 points and forward Daphine Adong scored 8 points. Magic Stormers' coach rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Newly promoted YMCA Hamstars maintains tenth place with 4-15 record. Loser Magic Stormers keep the sixth position with ten games lost.
