Regular Season Round 13: Nabisunsa - Miracle 52-56

No shocking result in a game in Kampala where sixth ranked Miracle (8-4) defeated 11th ranked Nabisunsa (1-11) 56-52 on Sunday. Miracle forced 26 Nabisunsa turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Miracle made 13 blocks. Forward Brenda Alyano stepped up and scored 30 points for the winners and Susan Amito (-1988) chipped in 8 points and 21 rebounds. At the losing side Martha Yikiru responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 15 rebounds and guard Sarah Namale (-2005) scored 2 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists. Nabisunsa's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Miracle moved-up to fifth place, which they share with JTL Jaguars. Nabisunsa lost their tenth game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with 11 games lost.
