Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Kampala:Lady Tomahawks (#7) and Nabisunsa (#11). Nabisunsa was smashed at home by 26 points 65-91 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Lady Tomahawks dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Nabisunsa 's 32. Lady Tomahawks forced 40 Nabisunsa turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. The winners were led by Aisha Namakula (-2000) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and guard Stella Lunkuse (-1998) supported her with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Four Lady Tomahawks players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 10 points, 18 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 blocks by guard Sarah Namale (-2005) did not help to save the game for Nabisunsa . Martha Yikiru added 15 points and 17 rebounds for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Lady Tomahawks maintains seventh position with 4-6 record. Nabisunsa lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with seven games lost.
