NBL top team - City Oilers (17-0) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they crushed twelfth ranked Rezlife S. (3-12) in Kampala 84-41. City Oilers held Rezlife S. to an opponent 23.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 50.9 percent accuracy of the winners. City Oilers had a 33-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Rezlife S.'s players. It was a good game for the former international point guard Jimmy Enabu (187) who led his team to a victory with 14 points and 4 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Sudanese center Titus Lual contributed with 7 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Guard Micheal Otieno (193-1993) answered with 9 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Claude Aligawesa (190, college: E.Wyoming) added 6 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Rezlife S.The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. City Oilers have an impressive series of seventeen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 17-0 record. Rezlife S. lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
