Regular Season Round 6: Our Saviour - City Oilers 51-88

NBL top team - City Oilers (9-0) had no problems winning another game on Monday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Our Saviour (1-3) in Kampala 88-51. City Oilers dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Our Saviour's 32. City Oilers forced 29 Our Saviour turnovers. Swingman Ruai Luak (196-2004) notched 19 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Sudanese center Titus Lual supported him with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Even 13 points and 5 rebounds by Henry Ssebagala did not help to save the game for Our Saviour. Power forward Moses Mugisha (-1984) added 7 points and 9 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. City Oilers have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 9-0 record. Loser Our Saviour dropped to the tenth place with three games lost. City Oilers' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kampala to the arena Ndejje Angels.
