The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Blazers (19-5) in Kampala on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by seventh ranked JKL Dolphins (12-12) 73-65. It ended at the same time the 14-game winning streak of Blazers. 27 personal fouls committed by Blazers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Mabor Makol stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds for the winners and Malual Dier chipped in 19 points and 10 rebounds. Four JKL Dolphins players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Kenyan forward Okall Koranga (206-1990) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and forward Richard Ongom scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Blazers' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. JKL Dolphins maintains seventh place with 12-12 record. Blazers at the other side still keep top position with five games lost. They share it with City Oilers.
