Very important is a road loss of second ranked City Oilers (19-5) against fourth ranked Betway Power (15-8) on Friday night. Visiting City Oilers were defeated by Betway Power in a tough game on the road 75-82. The winners were led by guard Innocent Ochera (-1997) who scored that evening 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Isaac Afidra (-1985) supported him with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Four Betway Power players scored in double figures. Betway Power's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds by Nigerian Francis Azolibe did not help to save the game for City Oilers. Ceaser Kizito added 16 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Betway Power maintains fourth position with 15-8 record. Defending champion City Oilers keep the second place with five games lost. Betway Power will meet Our Saviour (#9) in the next round where they are favorite. City Oilers will have a break next round.
