Regular Season Round 12: Betway Power - Falcons 67-47

Bottom-ranked Falcons is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their 15th consecutive match to third ranked Betway Power (11-4) 67-47. Betway Power forced 26 Falcons turnovers and outrebounded them 54-38 including 22 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Isaac Afidra (-1985) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Nasser Guddi (-1992) who added 7 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Kenneth Mesho with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Henrison Mbaziira scored 18 points and 6 steals. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Betway Power maintains third position with 11-4 record having just two points less than leader City Oilers. Falcons at the other side still closes the standings with 15 games lost. Betway Power will play against JKL Dolphins (#8) in Kampala in the next round where they are favorite. Falcons will play against Victoria USY (#12) and hope to get finally their first victory.
