Nkumba LM's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after eight consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Nabisunsa (1-6) 56-47. Nkumba LM forced 33 Nabisunsa turnovers and outrebounded them 53-38 including a 24-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Forward Joan Nampungu (-1993) had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 20 rebounds, 7 assists and 7 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Shadia Mbwali (170-2001) chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Linda Aber (178-2003) responded with 11 points and 8 rebounds and forward Tamasha Nsubuga scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Nabisunsa's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Nkumba LM (1-8) left bottom position moving up to ninth place, which they share with A1 Challenge. It was Nabisunsa's sixth loss in a row. They keep the eighth position with six games lost.
