Not a big story in a game when bottom-ranked Falcons (0-8) were defeated on the road by eleventh ranked KCCA P. (4-5) 72-57 on Sunday. KCCA P. forced 28 Falcons turnovers. It was a great evening for Kenyan forward Martin Ouma (195-1999) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds. Forward Emmanuel Odongkara (-1989) helped adding 9 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. At the losing side Wafula Bossa responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 18 rebounds and the former international power forward Brian Ssentongo (203-1987) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds. KCCA P. moved-up to seventh place, which they share with JKL Dolphins. Loser Falcons still closes the standings with eight games lost. KCCA P. will meet at home higher ranked UPDF (#4) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Falcons will play against Blazers (#5) and hope to get finally their first victory.
