The most surprising game was the first loss of UCU Canons (6-1) on the court of thirteenth ranked Victoria USY on Sunday night. Visitors were edged by Victoria USY 66-63. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of UCU Canons. Victoria USY forced 26 UCU Canons turnovers. Nyong Marrier orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds. Maker Mayen contributed with 7 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Forward Rogers Dauna (196-2000) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds and guard Jerry Kayanga (-1997) added 17 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for UCU Canons. UCU Canons' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Victoria USY (1-5) left bottom position moving up to twelfth place. UCU Canons at the other side still keep top position with one game lost.
