No shocking result in a game when City Oilers crushed KCCA P. in Kampala 80-46 on Saturday. City Oilers forced 20 KCCA P. turnovers and outrebounded them 44-31 including 34 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by KCCA P.'s players. International Tony Drileba (193-1993) notched a double-double by scoring 10 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and Enabu Jimmy supported him with 18 points and 7 assists. City Oilers' coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 17 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) by power forward Daniel Ojoro (-1994) did not help to save the game for KCCA P.. Forward Emmanuel Odongkara (-1989) added 10 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. City Oilers will meet Victoria USY in the next round where they are favorite. KCCA P. will play against Betway Power and hope to win that game.
