An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Boufarik. Third ranked Widad faced their biggest opponent Chabab Sportif. Host Widad (17-8) smashed guests from Tlemcen (16-9) 97-76. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Widad looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Chabab Sportif's players. Guard Louai Chebel (199-1998) fired 24 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international point guard Tarek Hamdani (194-1995) chipped in 15 points and 11 assists. Mustapha Braik produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Widad have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place. Chabab Sportif at the other side dropped to the third position with nine games lost. They share it with Mouloudia. Widad are looking forward to face USM Blida (#6) on the road in the next round. Chabab Sportif will play against Mouloudia and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Leader Nadi Basket delivered the twentieth victory. This time they beat 9th ranked CSC Djasr (12-13) 77-73 in Constantine. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Abderraouf Benrighi (202-1996) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds. Mohamed Bensalah contributed with 23 points and 4 assists for the winners. Hezil Yamame answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds for CSC Djasr. CSC Djasr's coach Sofiane Boulahia tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion maintains first place with 20-5 record. CSC Djasr at the other side keeps the ninth position with 13 games lost. Nadi Basket will play against CR Beni Saf (#8) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. CSC Djasr will play against US Setif and hopes to get back on the winning track.

Ramzi Merahi stepped up and scored 26 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. At the losing side Omar Belliche responded with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mouloudia have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Chabab Sportif. Taradji Amel lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 17 games lost. They share it with US Setif. Mouloudia will meet Chabab Sportif (#4) in the next round. Taradji Amel will play against USM Alger (#5) and hope to secure a win.

Guard Ahmed Boutiba (188-1995) stepped up and scored 23 points for the winners and Mali guard Mahamadou Kante (192-1992) chipped in 8 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. USM Alger's coach Kamel Ait Kaci used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Sif Benbrahim responded with 18 points and Younes Benanesbaghor scored 9 points and 12 rebounds. USM Alger have a solid series of three victories in a row.
