Gabon - Uganda 67-81
Uganda rallied past Gabon to snap three-game losing skid in Cairo. Uganda jumped off to a 23-12 lead after ten minutes. Gabon denied the deficit in the next two periods but Uganda responded with a 31-16 run in the fourth frame to seal the win. Brighton Galiwango (06) posted 30 points and 14 rebounds, while Joel Muwonge (05) added 24 points and 15 rebounds in the win. Lores Mihindou (182-F-05) responded with 15 points for Gabon.
Mali - Algeria 71-53
Mali rallied past Algeria for the fourth straight win. Mali accumulated a 41-18 halftime lead. They stayed in charge throughout the second half and raced to the victory. Ibrahim Doumbia (06) posted 17 points, while Chouabou Keita added 14 points for the winning side. Zakariya Khodja (182-G-05) and Mahrz Karabi (201-F-05) answered with 10 points each for Algeria.
Egypt - Chad 76-49
Egypt fired past Chad to improve at 4-0 record atop of the ladder. The hosts eked out a 31-19 halftime advantage. Egypt sank 45 points in the second half to race to the win. Mohamed Hussein (195-C-05) notched 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Youssef Elghayesh (182-G-05) had 13 points in the win. Mbafe Abdel-Kerim (05) replied with 21 points for Chad.
