AS Sale wins the championship title - Jul 1, 2010

AS Sale is the winner of Moroccan championship for season 2009/10. ASS managed to beat Magrheb Fez in two straight games aggregating 162-140 victory. In Game One ASS celebrated 77-57 win, while in the second meeting ASS was better than MAF on the road 83-85.
ASS finished regular season on top of Group B with almost perfect 5-1 record. In the Playoff Semifinals they outplayed PAC with 2-0. On the other hand, MAF advanced to Playoffs as No.1 of Group A with 4-2 score. They reached the Finals after 2-0 win against RCA.
This is the second trophy for ASS this season, who already won the Morocco Throne Cup.

AS Sale wins the Morocco Basketball Throne Cup as the team became the winner of all the games. In the Semifinal AS Sale overcame Sport Plazza Casa 93:67, while produced 84:68 in the second game. Maghreb Fez advanced to the Final as they won over Ittihad Tanger 76:55 in the second game despite the loss in the first game 63:70. In the Final AS Sale and Maghreb Fez showed great game and only 1 point difference allowed AS Sale to triumph in the country. Hall of Complexe Sportif Moulay Abdallah greeted the winners on April 10th.
