Very expected game when 11th rankedNabisunsa (2-9) lost to fifth ranked Tomahawks (6-7) in Kampala 58-65 on Saturday. Tomahawks dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Nabisunsa 's 26. They outrebounded Nabisunsa 59-37 including a 25-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for guard Stella Lunkuse (-1998) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Ruth Letaru (-1997) accounted for 12 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side. Tomahawks' coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mpoza Abigail (-2007) came up with 16 points and 8 rebounds and Martha Yikiru added 12 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Nabisunsa in the defeat. Four Nabisunsa players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Tomahawks went down to sixth position due to points difference. Loser Nabisunsa keeps the eleventh place with nine games lost.
