No shocking result in a game when second rankedAPR (7-2) crushed 7th ranked GSMRR (1-7) in Kigali 84-48 . APR forced 32 GSMRR turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by GSMRR 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of Mali guard Kamba Diakite (172-1999) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 6 rebounds and the former international center Charlotte Umugwaneza (195-1984) who added 16 points and 10 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. The best for the losing side was Rachel Gikundiro (169-2006) with 7 points and 8 rebounds and forward Muhizi Furaha scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. APR have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 7-2 record having just two points less than leader REG. GSMRR at the other side keeps the seventh place with seven games lost.
