Kepler defeated RP-IPRC Huye in Kigali 71-55 . Kepler dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to RP-IPRC Huye 's 32. They outrebounded RP-IPRC Huye 39-26 including a 34-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kepler looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Kepler made 8 blocks.
