Kepler forced 22 REG turnovers. DR Congolese center Aichata Traore (185-2005) fired a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Nelly Akariza (-2007) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Kepler players scored in double figures. Paul Akon produced a double-double by scoring 12 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 8 steals and Mali Kadidia Maiga (185-1997) added 11 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals respectively for lost side. REG's coach Esperance Mukaneza tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
