There was a minor upset in Cairo where 10th rankedOlympic (2-5) was edged by twelfth ranked Wadi Degla (3-5) 71-70 on Tuesday. Wadi Degla forced 32 Olympic turnovers. Strangely Olympic outrebounded Wadi Degla 45-32 including 16 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Nour Amr who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and Menna El Dein who added 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Habiba Tarek responded with 24 points and 7 rebounds and Fatma Megahed scored 8 points and 15 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Wadi Degla moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Somouha and Misr Insurance. Newly promoted Olympic dropped to the twelfth position with five games lost. They share it with Al Gezira.
