Kenya - Zimbabwe 81:68
Kenya continued to roll at the All-Africa Games in Algeria. Zimbabwe became their next victim. Kenya started the game confidently and posted a massive 27:13 advantage after the opening frame. Zimbabwe performed some attempts to come back into it in the second quarter and managed to cut the lead. However Kenya secured a 41:31 advantage at halftime. All possible doubts about the outcome were dropped in the third frame as Kenya spurred to a 26:14 win and had little problems in securing it in the fourth quarter. Kenya allowed Zimbabwe to dominate the final minutes and won the final stanza 23:14. But it had little impact on the scoreline as Kenya celebrated their third consecutive victory at the tournament.
Violet Wanyama produced 18 points and 9 rebounds for Kenya. Rose Ouma (178-G/F) added 14 points and 7 boards for the winners. Fadzai Mabasa (170-G-83) topscored for Zimbabwe with 24 points. Juliet Misihairabwi (169-G-86) posted another 8 points in a defeat.
Zimbabwe outrebounded their opponents 36:32, but could not fight Kenya's 64% accuracy from the field. Kenya remained on top of Group A.

Kenya: Violet Wanyama 18 points, Rose Ouma 14
Zimbabwe: Fadzai Mabasa 24, Juliet Misihairabwi 8.
