Betway Power - JKL Dolphins 85-72

Betway Power held off JKL Dolphins to advance into NBL Finals. Betway Power players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Worth to mention a quality performance of power forward Geofrey Soro (-92) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 5 rebounds and Stephen Wundi (-93) who added 21 points and 4 steals during the contest. At the losing side swingman Brian Namake (-90) responded with 19 points and 8 rebounds and forward Makala Libe (-95) scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

City Oilers - KIU Titans 86-73

City Oilers prevailed against KIU Titans at home court to reach the championship series. City Oilers forced 20 KIU Titans turnovers and outrebounded them 38-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by KIU Titans helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Burundian forward Landry Ndikumana (198-95) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds. The former international forward Stephen Omony (198-81) contributed with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four City Oilers players scored in double figures. Tanzanian point guard Sudi Ulanga (181-88) replied with 22 points and 4 assists and guard Chris Omanye (183-94) added 13 points in the effort for KIU Titans. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

ROBINSON OPONG Levitec Huesca (LEB Gold) added to their roster 29-year old Ugandan international swingman Robinson Opong (190-95kg-89, college: Rogers State, agency: Duran International).
