City Oilers outrebounded Sharing Youth 55-37 including a 39-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international point guard Jimmy Enabu (187-88) notched 20 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and Burundian forward Landry Ndikumana (198-95) supported him with 13 points and 14 rebounds. Even 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by forward Caesar Kizito (-88) did not help to save the game for Sharing Youth. Guard Baraka Mopele added 17 points and 4 steals for the hosts. Four Sharing Youth players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

DR Congolese forward Ethienne Kazungu (-80) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Joseph Chuma (-91) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Four KIU Titans players scored in double figures. Center Derrick Isiko (-97) replied with 8 points and 8 rebounds and Tanzanian forward Fadhili Chuma (-95) added 9 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for UCU Canons. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

ROBINSON OPONG Levitec Huesca (LEB Gold) added to their roster 29-year old Ugandan international swingman Robinson Opong (190-95kg-89, college: Rogers State, agency: Duran International).
