Hamrouni re-signs at Al Ittihad

Houda Hamrouni

Al Ittihad (D1) confirmed in their roster 30-year old Tunisian ex-international swingman Houda Hamrouni (188cm-1994). She played there last season. The last summer she played at Sabis Sporting Club in Iraqi league.
She was also a member of the Tunisian international program for some years. Hamrouni played for Tunisian Senior National Team between 2017 and 2021 and previously for the Under 18 National Team back in 2012.
She also represented Tunisia at the Francophonic Championship in Nice (France) twelve years ago.
Hamrouni is quite experienced player. Hamrouni's career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in seven different countries. She tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and Africa. Hamrouni has played previously also in Bahrain (Bapco), Iraq, Jordan (Al Riyadi), Kuwait (Qurain), Slovenia (Celje) and Tunisia (ES Cap Bon, CSP Circulacion and Ezzahra Sport).
Among many awards her team made it to the Arab Club Championships Semifinals in 2022. She was also voted Asia-Basket.com All-Jordanian D1 League Best Blocker of the Year back in 2022.
