   #1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Michael Roll (198-87, college: UCLA, currently plays in Euroleague). He led his Israeli team Maccabi T-A to a victory against the closely-ranked Bayern Muenchen (12-13) 77-70 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. Roll recorded 11 points in a mere 18 minutes on the court. Maccabi Fox Tel-Aviv (12-13) is placed ninth in the Euroleague. This year Roll averages: 9.8ppg, 2.0rpg, 2.8apg, 2FGP: 53.4% and FT: 90.5%(19-21) in 24 games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Roll is currently a member of the Tunisian senior national team. Strangely he has never played in Tunisia.

   #2. Second place goes to an experienced international center Salah Mejri (217-86, currently plays in NBA). Mejri could not help the Dallas Mavericks (27-38) to beat the Orlando Magic (31-36). He recorded 8 points, 5 rebounds and 3 blocks. The Dallas Mavericks (27-38) were defeated 111-106 on the road by the Magic. It was Mavericks' fourth consecutive loss in a row. Mejri's overall stats this season are: 2.3ppg, 2.8rpg, 2FGP: 47.5%, 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 76.9%. He is in the roster of the Tunisian senior national team.

   #3. The Tunisian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Makram Ben Romdhane (205-89, currently plays in France). Ben Romdhane led Saint Chamond to a victory over one of league's weakest teams Aix-Maurienne (6-15) 76-72 in the French ProB (second division) on Friday night. He was MVP of the game. Ben Romdhane scored 18 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 25 minutes. Saint Chamond Basket Valle du Gier (14-7) is placed fifth in the ProB. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Ben Romdhane has relatively good stats this year: 11.6ppg, 9.2rpg, 3.6apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 58.2%(78-134), 3FGP: 27.7% in 21 games. He is also a member of the Tunisian senior national team.

Wassef Methnani

   #4. Forward Wassef Methnani (203-98, currently plays college basketball in the States) was not able to help the Fairfield in their game against the Manhattan College (9-9) in the NCAA. Methnani recorded 5 points. The Fairfield was defeated 57-53 at home by the Manhattan College. The Regular Season already ended in the NCAA. Methnani's overall stats this season are: 5.5ppg and 2.8rpg. He used to play for the Tunisian U19 national team back in 2015.

   #5. International point guard Omar Abada (189-93, currently plays in France) is a teammate of previously mentioned Makram Ben Romdhane and both played together in the last French ProB game. Abada managed to help Saint Chamond Basket Valle du Gier in a victory against one of league's weakest teams Aix-Maurienne (6-15) 76-72. He scored only 3 points and added 3 assists in 16 minutes. This year Abada's overall stats are: 9.1ppg, 1.4rpg and 2.6apg in 17 games. He plays currently for the Tunisian national team.

US Monastir win League title - 25 days ago
US Monastir have won the title of Tunisia's basketball champions (2018-2019) after a third win over ES Rades (79-73) at a fourth and last match of the final played Wednesday in Monastir. The US Monastir, who lost the first match of the final played in Rades (75-64), won the other three games by 88-78 in Rades, 80-77 in Monastir and 79-73 in Monastir. US Monastir are now leading two wins to one against ES Rades. They secured an 80-77 home-win after two extra times (61-61, 68-68), at a Tunisia's Basketball Championship final day-3 game played on Saturday night. US Monastir had defeated Rades (88-78) at the previous day, while defending champions ES Rades won the first match (75-64). Day 4 will take place on Wednesday May 1 in Monastir.
