The most exciting game of round 4 in the Division I took place in Monastir. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of their biggest opponent ES Sahel (2-2) to third ranked U.S. Monastir (3-1) 65-63 in the game for the second place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of ES Sahel. It was a key game for the second position in the league. U.S. Monastir have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place. ES Sahel at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. They share it with DSG and ESG. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
An interesting game for Stade Nabeulien (4-0) which played road game in Ezzahra against 4th ranked Ezzahra (1-3). Top-ranked Stade Nabeulien managed to get a 9-point victory 71-62. Stade Nabeulien have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 4-0 record, which they share with ES Rades. Ezzahra lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
An interesting game for ES Rades (4-0) which played road game in Goulette against their biggest opponent ESG (2-2). Top-ranked ES Rades managed to get a 8-point victory 75-67. ES Rades have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 4-0 record, which they share with Stade Nabeulien. Loser ESG dropped to the third place with two games lost. They share the position with ES Sahel and DSG. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
AS Hammamet's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after three consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat JS Kairouan (1-3) 71-53. AS Hammamet left bottom position moving up to fourth place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated JS Kairouan. It was JS Kairouan's third loss in a row. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Bottom-ranked CA Bizerte is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their third consecutive match to fourth ranked DSG (2-2) 71-41 on Saturday evening. DSG moved-up to third place, which they share with ES Sahel and ESG. Newly promoted CA Bizerte still closes the standings with three games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

CA Bizertin - DSG 41-71

Bottom-ranked CA Bizerte is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their third consecutive match to fourth ranked DSG (2-2) 71-41 on Saturday evening. DSG moved-up to third place, which they share with ES Sahel and ESG. Newly promoted CA Bizerte still closes the standings with three games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

US Monastir have won the title of Tunisia's basketball champions (2018-2019) after a third win over ES Rades (79-73) at a fourth and last match of the final played Wednesday in Monastir. The US Monastir, who lost the first match of the final played in Rades (75-64), won the other three games by 88-78 in Rades, 80-77 in Monastir and 79-73 in Monastir. US Monastir are now leading two wins to one against ES Rades. They secured an 80-77 home-win after two extra times (61-61, 68-68), at a Tunisia's Basketball Championship final day-3 game played on Saturday night.
