SAMI DRISS

CTC Lyon SO Basket Territoire (NM2) landed experienced 36-year old former Tunisian international swingman Sami Driss (190-82). He played most recently at JSA Bordeaux Basket in ProA U21. Driss helped his team get promotion to NM1. NM2 will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time.
The previous (16-17) season Driss played at Stade de Vanves.
Among other achievements his team won French ProB Regular Season in 2013. Driss received also Eurobasket.com All-French NM1 1st Team award back in 2011. He was a member of Tunisian Senior National Team back in 2007.
Driss has spent his entire career in France playing for three other teams: Pau Lacq Orthez, JSF Nanterre and Vendee Challans.
Driss is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at CTC Lyon.
