Noi starts his pro career at Taipans

Cairns Taipans (NBL) agreed terms with 21-year old naturalized Sudanese forward Kouat Noi (201-93kg-97). NoiHe just graduated from Texas Christian University (NCAA). Noi has played there for the last three years. He helped them to make it to the NIT Final Four. and they also made it to the NIT Final Four. Quite impressive season as he was named to All-Big 12 Honorable Mention.
As mentioned above Noi is just out of the college and it will be his first season as a pro.
He played in the final of Australian U18 Championships in 2014.
Noi represented Australia at the World Championships U17 in Dubai (UAE) five years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: 9.1ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 47.8%, 3PT-3 (50.0%), FT: 84.6%.
