AKOLDA MANYANG

Rethymno Cretan Kings (A1) strengthened their roster with addition of American (has also Sudanese passport) center Akolda Manyang (213-110kg). He just graduated from Utah Valley (NCAA). In 30 games he recorded 12.8ppg, 8.0rpg and 2.2bpg last season. Manyang helped them to end the regular season as a second best team in Western Athletic Conference. As mentioned above he is just out of the college and it will be his first season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements Manyang won NJCAA D1 District IX championship title in 2015. He received also NJCAA D1 All-Region XI 3rd Team award back in 2015 at his college time.
