Mathiang Muo signs at Brisbane Spartans

Mathiang Muo

Brisbane Spartans (SEABL) landed 29-year old naturalized Sudanese swingman Mathiang Muo (196-98kg-87, college: Charleston Southern). He played in the summer at Goldfields Giants (SBL). In 25 games he averaged impressive 20.7ppg, 7.4rpg, 2.5apg and 1.7spg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Muo won Australian SBL championship title in 2014.
He has played previously for two other Australia teams: Perth Wildcats and Eagles.
Muo attended Charleston Southern until 2013 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
